Questions about greeting cards
Will it actually look like my pet?
Yes. We send your photo along with the artwork to a model tuned to preserve your pet's exact fur colour, markings, eye colour, and face shape. If the first render isn't right, regenerate it free until it is — nothing prints until you approve it.
Are the cards blank inside?
Yes — every card is blank on the inside so you can write your own message. The portrait sits on the front, and envelopes are included with each pack.
Can I mix different portraits in one pack?
Not within a single pack — each pack carries one portrait. If you want two different scenes, order a pack of each and they'll ship together.
How long does delivery take?
Cards are printed to order, typically shipping in 2–4 business days, then arriving in 3–7 days within the US.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing shot where your pet's face fills most of the frame. Minimum 512px. JPG, PNG, and iPhone HEIC all work — we convert HEIC for you automatically.
