This policy explains what Petsterpiece collects and how we use it. We collect only what we need to make your artwork and fulfill your order.
Petsterpiece is a trade name of Two Cases, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, which is the party responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect
Photos you upload of your pet, the artwork we generate, your email address, and—if you buy a physical print—your shipping address. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. It is never joined to your uploads, and we do not send it your email or shipping address.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies and records which pages and products you viewed, whether you started checkout, and whether you completed a purchase, along with the order value. When you buy, we also send Meta a record of that purchase directly from our servers. Contact details included in it — your email address, phone number, name and shipping city, state, ZIP and country — are irreversibly hashed before they leave us, so Meta receives no readable copy; the hashes let Meta recognise an existing account without us disclosing who you are. We never send Meta your uploaded photos or your generated artwork.
How we use it
To generate your portrait, deliver downloads, produce and ship prints, send order updates, provide support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with providers that run the service: our AI image provider (to generate the artwork), Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payments), our print-on-demand partner Printify and its manufacturing partners (to produce and ship physical orders — this includes your artwork and shipping address), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (site usage measurement), and Meta (advertising measurement, as described above). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Retention
We keep your uploads and generated artwork while your account or order is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support and re-orders. You can ask us to delete your photos and artwork at any time.
Your choices
Email us at info@petsterpiece.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of non-essential email. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, install Google's opt-out browser add-on. For Meta, use the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or your device's app-tracking controls.
Children
Petsterpiece is not directed to children under 13.
