Questions about ceramic mug
Will it actually look like my pet?
Yes. We send your photo along with the artwork to a model tuned to preserve your pet's exact fur colour, markings, eye colour, and face shape. If the first render isn't right, regenerate it free until it is — nothing prints until you approve it.
Is the whole portrait on the mug?
Yes. A mug's print area is far wider than a portrait, so instead of zooming in and cutting your pet's head off, we place the full portrait at mug height and extend its background to fill the wrap.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes — dishwasher and microwave safe.
How long does delivery take?
Mugs are printed to order, typically shipping in 2–4 business days, then arriving in 3–7 days within the US.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing shot where your pet's face fills most of the frame. Minimum 512px. JPG, PNG, and iPhone HEIC all work — we convert HEIC for you automatically.
