Questions about framed fine art
Will it actually look like my pet?
Yes. We send your photo along with the artwork to a model tuned to preserve your pet's exact fur colour, markings, eye colour, and face shape. If the first render isn't right, regenerate it free until it is — nothing prints until you approve it.
What does the frame look like?
A clean black moulding that suits both the classical scenes and modern rooms. The print is framed by hand and arrives fully assembled.
How is this different from the canvas?
Canvas is gallery-wrapped with a matte painterly surface and no frame. Framed fine art is printed on paper and finished in a black frame — sharper detail up close, and the more formal of the two as a gift.
How long does delivery take?
Framed pieces are made to order, typically shipping in 2–4 business days, then arriving in 3–7 days within the US.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing shot where your pet's face fills most of the frame. Minimum 512px. JPG, PNG, and iPhone HEIC all work — we convert HEIC for you automatically.
