Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
Welcome to Petsterpiece. Petsterpiece is a trade name ("doing business as") of Two Cases, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. In these Terms, "Petsterpiece," "we," "us," and "our" all refer to Two Cases, LLC.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Two Cases, LLC covering your use of our website and your purchases. By uploading a photo, generating a preview, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Petsterpiece or place an order. If you're ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind it to these Terms.
What we make
Petsterpiece composes a likeness of your pet into reinterpretations of public-domain artworks using AI, then offers the result as a digital download or a made-to-order physical print. The source artworks we reference are in the public domain. We do not reproduce works that are under copyright or trademark.
Your photo and your rights
You keep ownership of the photo you upload. You represent and warrant that you own it or have all rights and permissions necessary to upload it and have it reproduced, that the pet is yours (or you have the owner's permission), and that any person appearing in it has consented.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, adapt, and reproduce your photo and the resulting artwork for the purpose of creating your artwork, fulfilling your order, and providing support — including the right to sublicense it to our print-on-demand provider and its manufacturing subcontractors so they can produce and ship your item. If we ask, you'll promptly provide evidence of your rights to the photo.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to the artwork we generate for you for personal, non-commercial use. Resale or mass reproduction of the generated artwork requires separate written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not upload, request, or use Petsterpiece to produce content that is unlawful or that involves:
- sexual content involving minors, or any depiction that exploits or abuses children;
- harassment, bullying, defamation, or threats toward any person;
- hateful content, or content promoting violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, or veteran status;
- promotion of crime, terrorism, or support for terrorist organizations;
- infringement of anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights;
- other people's personal, sensitive, or confidential information without their consent;
- promotion of self-harm; or
- harmful misinformation that could reasonably lead to violence or risk to public health and safety.
We may remove content, and decline, cancel, or refund any order, that we or our print provider believe violates these Terms. We may refuse service at our discretion.
AI output, previews, and how your print will look
AI generation is probabilistic. We aim for a strong likeness but cannot guarantee a perfect match. You can regenerate previews before you buy — please approve a version you're happy with before checking out.
Your printed item is produced from a fresh high-resolution render of the scene you approved, so it may differ slightly from the preview you saw on screen. Screens also vary: colors, contrast, cropping, and canvas or paper texture can differ from what your monitor or phone displayed. These normal variations are not defects.
The quality of your artwork depends on the photo you upload. If you proceed with a low-resolution, blurry, dark, or heavily obstructed photo, the result may be limited and we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund on that basis.
Orders, pricing, and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change over time. Prices exclude sales tax; any applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed on your purchase that are not collected by us. We currently ship physical items within the United States only.
Shipping, delivery, and your address
Physical items are personalized and produced on demand by our print provider, then shipped to the address you provide.
- You're responsible for your address.Please make sure it's complete and accurate. If delivery fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, any reshipment cost is your responsibility.
- Delivery dates aren't guaranteed.Production and shipping times shown on the site are estimates. We're not responsible for carrier delays, and delays alone don't qualify for a replacement or refund.
- Missing packages.If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us promptly — and in any case within 7 days of that point — so we can file a claim in time. Claims raised after that window may not be recoverable.
- Marked delivered but not received.If tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive the package, we'll investigate with the carrier and our provider, but we can't guarantee a replacement or refund.
Made-to-order & returns
Because each item is custom-made for your pet and printed only after you order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or for an item ordered in the wrong size or format.
Damaged, misprinted, or defective items are covered — report them with a clear photo within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Cancellations
Once an order is sent to production it generally can't be changed or cancelled. We may also cancel an order before or during production — including where the content appears to infringe someone's rights, where it fails our or our provider's quality checks, where materials are unavailable or discontinued, where we suspect fraud, or where our print provider cancels for its own reasons. If we cancel, we'll refund what you paid for the cancelled items, and that refund is your sole remedy for the cancellation.
Payment problems and chargebacks
If something's wrong with your order, please contact us first — we'll almost always sort it out quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us can freeze our ability to refund or replace your order until the dispute is resolved or withdrawn.
Showcasing artwork
We won't publish artwork made from your pet's photo in our gallery, marketing, or social media without your permission. If you'd like to be featured, just tell us — and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
Service availability
Petsterpiece is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may limit, suspend, or modify features — including pausing free previews when we hit capacity — and we may change or discontinue templates, products, or the service itself.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be secure, error-free, or available at any particular time, or that results will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Cases, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service or any order. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the order in question or $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Two Cases, LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and print providers from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the photos or content you upload, your breach of these Terms or your representations in them, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Let's talk first. If you have a dispute with us, contact info@petsterpiece.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Most issues end here.
If we can't resolve it, you and Two Cases, LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
Class-action waiver. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, not as a plaintiff or member of any class or collective proceeding.
Your right to opt out.You may reject this arbitration and class-waiver section by emailing info@petsterpiece.com within 30 days of your first order, stating your name, order number, and that you opt out. Opting out won't affect any other part of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Two Cases, LLC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan. Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and the current version is always posted on this page. If a change is significant, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continuing to use Petsterpiece after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. The Terms that applied when you placed an order govern that order.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Two Cases, LLC regarding the service, and supersede any prior understandings. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.
